• 1.1 Ensure channels are used correctly: Share content relevant to the channel's purpose. Consequence: Message deletion
• 1.2 Say no to advertising: Prohibition on any form of advertising. Consequence: Ban
• 1.3 Respect privacy: Refrain from disclosing private information about others. Consequence: Ban
• 1.4 Zero tolerance for illicit content: Avoid sharing piracy, cheats, cracks, exploits, or NSFW content. Consequence: Ban
• 1.5 Anti-harassment policy: Strict measures against harassment, racism, hate speech, or discrimination. Consequence: Ban
• 1.6 Stick to English: English is for primary channels; use designated channels for other languages. Consequence: Mute
• 1.7 Combat spam: Messaging spam, images, emojis, commands, and excessive mentions are not allowed. Consequence: Mute
• 1.8 Single account rule: Multiple accounts will result in an immediate ban. Consequence: Ban
• 1.9 No real-world trade: Prohibition on real-world economic activities on the server. Consequence: Ban

All rules are crucial to follow and may change anytime. 3 warnings result in a permanent ban.

• 2.1No multiple accounts or cheating: Instant permanent ban. Penalty: Permanent ban on all clusters
• 2.2 No item or dino recovery: Admins don't restore items or dinos lost due to bugs or rollbacks.
• 2.3 No mass breeding: Prohibited to prevent server lag. Penalty: Dinos wipe & warning
• 2.4 Store useless dinos: Keep them in a cryofridge. Penalty: Dinos wipe & warning
• 2.5 No teaming: Only trades between tribes allowed. Penalty: Warning
• 2.6 Be fair to new players: Refrain from raiding wooden or stone bases. Penalty: Warning
• 2.7 No harassment or discrimination: Strict punishment. Penalty: Warning/Ban
• 2.8 Boss fights at your own risk: Arenas can be buggy, no refunds.
• 2.9 No item recovery during transfers: Avoid transferring items during server restarts.

Admins will step in with structure wipes and warnings if these rules aren't followed:

• 3.1 Banned locations: Swamp Cave, Tek Cave, Volcano, Obelisks, Wyvern Trench, player spawns, and resource spots.
• 3.2 Ratholes: Okay if accessible by normal movement (crouching and going prone). Grappling, KO, beds, and tek exploits are off-limits.
• 3.3 Base limit: Keep it to 2 bases per cluster to give everyone a shot at finding spots.
• 3.4 No sneaking past turrets: Avoid using tunnels, structures, walls, or ceilings to bypass turrets.
• 3.5 Steer clear of floating structures: Randomly placed turrets and floating structures are a no-go.
• 3.6 Clean up forgotten structures: Admins will clear out all forgotten structures and dinos, including Fobs and tame traps.
• 3.7 No meshing allowed: Any form of meshing, like mesh biting or placing structures through walls, is strictly forbidden.

• 4.1 No killing: Any killing inside or near the Casino is forbidden. Penalty: Warn/Ban
• 4.2 No sleeping players or forgotten dinos: Admins will remove sleeping players and forgotten dinos in and around the Casino. Penalty: Warn
• 4.3 Park dinos in DinoParking: Dinos are not allowed inside the Casino. Penalty: Dino wipe
• 4.4 No trading coins: Coins are not for trading. Let new players gamble without being stalked for their starter coins. Penalty: Warn
• 4.5 No admin teleports: Admins won't teleport you to the Casino.

• 5.1 Payments are final: All payments are non-refundable.
• 5.2 Chargebacks and disputes: Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in a permanent ban from all servers and the community.
• 5.3 No item returns: Admins are not required to return bought items lost due to in-game situations, bugs, or rollbacks.
• 5.4 No digital purchases after wipes: Digital purchases will not be kept after a server wipe unless unclaimed during the last wipe.
• 5.5 No refunds for banned players: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are banned for rule-breaking. Follow the rules like everyone else.
